Upon the issuance of the construction permit, our project manager (GC license) will provide the full construction administration and management for the entirety of the project from commencement to closeout. We quantify all the work that must be done and insure the contractor performs the work as per the approved plans and specifications. We verify all the payment applications to ensure the owners are paying the correct amounts for the work in place.
We attend the weekly construction meetings to discuss budgets and schedules with the owners representative and the contractor. As the Owner’s Representative and the Construction Manager, we can make the critical decisions during the construction phase to expedite the project and keep it on schedule and within budget. We are also your eyes and ears to ensure your project moves at the proper pace and with minimal change orders.
